Your Costa Rica adventure begins! One of our representatives will meet you at the Juan Santamaria International Airport to take you to the hotel.
Depending on the time of your flight, you will have some free time to enjoy optional tours in the capital city San Jose or its surroundings.

San Jose is a beautiful city, and it is possible to discover all its secrets in a half-day city tour. Visit the most emblematic buildings that have been turned into stunning theaters, museums, local markets and restaurants. Try local dishes, buy amazing souvenirs, and talk with local people to understand how people live in this country.
 
  • Poas Volcano National Park

Poas Volcano is one of the most popular Costa Rica attractions. As it is located really close to the international airport and the San Jose hotels, even the people who don’t have much time in their itinerary can visit this National Park. On the way, enjoy beautiful landscapes decorated with picturesque local restaurants, farms and crops.


Early pick up from your hotel. Admire the biodiversity of an astonishing protected area in Costa Rica as the bus drives through Braulio Carrillo National Park. Stop on route to have a delicious typical breakfast. Be a special guest in a banana processing and packing plant and learn more about one of Costa Rica's prime products (subject to availability). Board a comfortable boat upon arrival to Caño Blanco pier and let this extraordinary exotic paradise enchant you, as you travel along the Tortuguero canals. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail and a delicious lunch as you arrive to the lodge.
 
After lunch, visit to the picturesque town, the green turtle museum and the beach area.
Free time before dinner. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m.

After breakfast, a boat transfer will take you to the dock and a shared transfer will take you to Guapiles.
 
Once you get to Guapiles, you will pick up your rented car to start the journey to Sarapiqui.
