Costa Rica will host two new hotels at the west of San Jose. These hotels are part of an important hotel. The first hotel will be located on the grounds of Forum II, in Lindora-Santa Ana, and the second in Guachipelin-Escazu. Due its locations, they will be perfect for business purposes.
The South American consortium will invest $15 million in the opening, which is estimated to be ready by December of this year. The construction of the building began last December and will generate about 200 jobs and about 60 when it opens. The building will have 150 rooms on seven levels; on the first floor there will be restaurant, gym, meeting rooms and a shop.
Another new hotel in the west part of San Jose will be located close to Multiplaza in Escazu. The operation of this property will be in charge of a Colombian conglomerate, whose name was not revealed and there is not start date for construction work yet. The property will feature 147 rooms, pool, parking, convention and entertainment area and its construction will generate another figure close to 200 jobs.
For its exceptional location near the most commercial area of San Jose these hotels will be ideal for your stay for both business and leisure. And an ideal starting point to start exploring the city in your Costa Rica Vacations.
