DAY 1: Early morning private transfer to Rancho Roberto’s Restaurant.
After breakfast, you will join the shared ground transfer of Manatus Hotel. Board a comfortable boat upon arrival to Caño Blanco pier and let this extraordinary exotic paradise enchant you, as you travel along the Tortuguero canals. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail and a delicious lunch as you arrive to the hotel.
After lunch, visit to Tortuguero picturesque town and to the Green Turtle Information Center. Dinner included at the hotel.
DAY 2: After breakfast, explore Tortuguero National Park. Depending on weather conditions, we will explore the canals in small, open boats to allow better visibility and an even closer look to the flora and fauna, or we will take a hiking tour to the park.
NOTE: Two tours are included this day. Generally the tour to the canals is in the morning and the hiking tour is in the afternoon. However, due to weather conditions, the administration of the Park sometimes closes the trail without previous notice. When this happens, this hike will be replaced by another boat ride to a different section of the Park.
Lunch and dinner included at the hotel’s restaurant.
Optional night tour (not included in the package) from July to September to observe the turtle nesting.
DAY 3: Breakfast at the hotel. At 9:30, departure by boat to Caño Blanco pier and then, continue the route to San Jose by bus.
