There are in Costa Rica two domestic airlines, SANSA and Nature Air. SANSA hub is located in the SJO international airport, very close to the international terminal, while Nature Air is based on the Tobias Bolanos Airport, located in the suburb of Pavas, west side of the city and only 10 minutes from downtown.

International airport fees are included on SANSA flights & Tamarindo airport fee is also included.
Maximum weight per passenger is 300 lbs. Pax from 300-350 lbs. pay double ticket and beyond 350 lbs. are not accepted.
Each passenger is allowed to bring up to 25 lbs. of luggage. Excess at US$0.50 per pound.
Transportation of surf boards is subject to space.
