The “open voucher” system will permit your clients to travel around Costa Rica, without previous reservations. Only the car rental has to be booked before the arrival date. The hotels are all located in places of tourist interest and offer the possibility of various excursions with bilingual guide (Spanish - English). All hotels are clean and with a good service, most of them have swimming pool. In the majority of the hotels breakfast is included in rates.
How does it work?
Upon arrival, your client will receive a voucher for each of the days they will stay in the country, and a voucher for the car rental. Each voucher for lodging will indicate that the client is traveling with the Open Voucher system, the client will have to complete the voucher with the hotel name where they decide to stay and the dates, then give it to the person at the hotel front desk.
With the vouchers the clients will also receive a map and a list with the hotels included in the program, their location and phone number. The clients can select the hotels according with their preferences. We suggest the clients to contact the hotel before getting there and inform them that they are traveling with an Open Voucher program and check availability. . We do not recommend to drive from one area to another if the clients have not called to the hotels located in the area they want to visit and they must be sure that there is a room available for them.
Prices subject according to your travel dates. Program is not available during Christmas, New Year*s and Easter Week.

We suggest to include the transportation from the international airport to the car rental office, we recommend it because the clients will receive allthe travel documents (vouchers) and important information about this package.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Open Voucher includes Hotel nights and car rental without insurance CDW (deductable $1,000 per accident and $1,500 in case of car stolen).
NOTE: In Costa Rica insurance is mandatory and the rates vary between $15 and $25 daily, according to the type of car.
Insurance with NO DEDUCTABLE can be purchased directly with the car rental company at an extra cost of $15 daily.
