It is located in the heart of the Central Valley, five kilometers from the Juan Santamaria International Airport and 15 minutes from the center of San Jose, the capital city.

Room Cancellation Cancellations must be notified 72 hours prior to arrival, in order not to incur in the first night charge.
The following forms of payment are accepted: Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB. Cash in US dollars. US Traveler checks. Transfer to Hotel's Bank Account. Note: At check-in time it is required to establish a credit line.
No pets allowed in the hotel.
All visits to your room need to be registered at the Front Desk and an additional charge of US$20.00 will be applied to your bill.
Maids are paid $1.50 per day per room.
Bell Boys are paid $1.50 at check-in and $1.50 at check-out, per guest.
